The initial telephone conversation was very good, a bit 'pushy', but a very quick engineer visit organised. The engineer arrived on the date and time arranged. The engineer was very smart, polite, and respected the property. He asked questions relating to the problem, and knew exactly what it was. The repair of the fault was soon carried out, the machine tested, and checked. All good. The only thing I can truthfully say, is, that during the repair, the engineer borrowed an old towel in order to reduce the water spilt on the floor... ..not a problem. After the engineer had left, I couldn't find the old towel, and noticed that another towel had been used. On further checks, I found that the machine was not quite back to its usual position, so tried to manover it. Being nearly 90 years young (not quite as strong as I used to be !), and the machine being an extremely heavy Miele, i found manovering said machine rather difficult !! When, eventually, I was able to make some progress, I found that the missing towel had been left behind the machine, and, again had to struggle to retrieve the 'wayward' towel. Eventually, I got the machine into it's correct position. Had the engineer mentioned about the towel before he left, then we could have sorted the problem more quickly and would have saved me another hour of struggling with a very heavy appliance.

After finding a fault with my dishwasher I decided to get it fixed properly and not follow the guidance on you tube. I wanted the cause of the fault fixing, not the symptoms curing. I found this company on line, and what made me choose them is that I could pay the engineer after he arrives, and not before any work is done.

The whole repair process was excellent from start to finish, easy to arrange with helpful staff, gas fitter arrived ahead of time ( no problem with that ) loads of telephone calls to update me on arrival times etc, polite friendly repair man, carried out the repair, cleaned up after himself, all in all excellent Woukd use again and highly recommend !
